These Terms apply when you use the Britannic & Balkan website, contact us, use Pitlane, or use any related product services we make available.

Some features may also be governed by additional terms from Apple, Firebase, hosting providers, payment providers, or other third-party services that help operate the app and website.

You may use this website for lawful personal or business purposes, including reading product information and contacting us.

You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, scrape it in a way that harms the service, or use it to send malicious, misleading, or unlawful content.

Pitlane is a track-day companion for planning events, managing car and packing checklists, logging sessions, recording notes, and reviewing track-day records.

Pitlane is not a safety system, race control system, official timing system, mechanical inspection service, or substitute for your own judgement, circuit rules, organiser instructions, or professional advice.

You are responsible for driving safely, following track and event rules, maintaining your vehicle, checking your equipment, and deciding whether conditions are safe.

You may be able to use parts of Pitlane without an account. Account-backed sync requires sign-in and may require an active subscription for premium features.

You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Tell us if you believe your account has been compromised.

We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe an account is being misused, creates risk, or breaches these Terms.

Pitlane Premium may be offered as an auto-renewing subscription through Apple's in-app purchase system.

Subscription billing, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and payment methods are handled by Apple under Apple's applicable terms. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.

Premium features may change over time as the product develops, but we will avoid removing paid functionality in a way that is unfair to active subscribers.

You remain responsible for the information you add to Pitlane, including car details, track-day records, notes, photos, expenses, and templates.

You give us permission to process content you add only as needed to provide the app, sync, support, security, backup, and related services.

Do not add content that you do not have the right to use, or content that is unlawful, abusive, or infringes someone else's rights.

The website, Pitlane, brand names, designs, text, software, images, and other materials are owned by Britannic & Balkan or used under licence, unless stated otherwise.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the website or app except where allowed by law or with our written permission.

We aim to keep the website and app useful and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the website, app, sync, or premium features where needed for maintenance, security, legal, product, or operational reasons.

The website and Pitlane may rely on third-party services such as app stores, authentication providers, cloud hosting, cloud databases, maps, email, and payment infrastructure.

We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control, and their own terms and privacy notices may apply.

The website and app are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not promise that every record, calculation, sync operation, notification, or displayed result will always be complete, current, or error-free.

Track-day and motorsport activity involves risk. You should independently verify any information that affects safety, vehicle preparation, event compliance, spending, or driving decisions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Britannic & Balkan is not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or loss-of-profit damages arising from use of the website, Pitlane, or related services.

You may stop using the website or app at any time. You may also delete the app from your device and, where supported, delete your Pitlane account.

If you have an active Apple subscription, deleting the app or account may not automatically cancel billing. Manage cancellation through your Apple ID subscription settings.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, except where consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim in another court.

We may update these Terms as the website, Pitlane, or applicable requirements change. The latest version will be posted on this page with the updated date.

If a change is significant and you have an account or subscription, we will take reasonable steps to make the change clear.
